OH Golfing Events

Forest of Arden trip

• Venue: Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel and Country Club
• Dates: Wednesday, 19th April - Friday, 21st April 2023.
• Accommodation: 2 nights dinner, bed & Breakfast (the same as at St. Mellion...).
• Golf: 3 rounds on two different courses (the same as at St. Mellion...)
• Costs: For room sharing, £310 per person, for single room occupancy (+ £50/night) = £410 per person.

2. West Country Week 2023

• Following a significant garnering of opinion at this year's Week, the consensus reveals a wish to reduce our annual WC Week from four days to three in the future. Many of our regulars don't play all four days or haven't in the past, but we hope that all of you will play the three next year.
• However, the Monday and Friday of the week are available to anyone who's 'Up' for even more golf.....!
• The dates for next year are Tuesday 27th until Thursday 29th June inclusive, and the events are:
• Tuesday 27th June: Match v. The Taunton Stand Club at Weymouth Golf Club - details to follow. 
• Wednesday, 28th June: OHGS Championship at Lyme Regis Golf Club - details to follow. The Day will be followed by a dinner in the evening somewhere in Lyme Regis.
• Thursday, 29th June: Match v. FAAOAGS at Yeovil Golf Club - details to follow.

The Westcountry Lunch promises to be a wonderful opportunity for Old Honitonians to reunite with old friends, reminisce about their school days, and catch up on each other's lives.

The event will be held in the beautiful Victoria Hotel, which is located in the heart of Sidmouth.
