John Ottaway (M53-58)

Graham Hodgson OH (C53-56) has informed the Club of the death on 9th October of his friend and contemporary, John Ottaway.

John joined the school in the Headmaster's House in May 1953 and then moved to Middlemist. He became Assistant Head Commoner in September 1956, and Head Commoner the following year. He was made Head of House in September 1957 and became a School Prefect in 1958. A member of the XX Club and a Sergeant in the CCF. John was awarded his XV Colours in 1957.

The Club extends its condolences to John's widow, family and friends.
